| About Atlas Medical Technologies |
With over 178 years of combined experience, Atlas's executive staff started out when CT was still in its infancy. Prior to forming Atlas Medical Technologies, Rick Stockton, President, spent 12 years heading up Southern CATS Inc. until it was purchased by ADAC Laboratories in 1997. In 2000 Rick created Atlas Medical Technologies, re-inhabiting the ADAC site and adding new talent to the outstanding staff already in place. This exceptional combination of highly technical and quality minded engineers is the reason Atlas can offer the best in current model imaging equipment; CT scanners; CT simulators and MRI systems.

Ronald Brewer, President: Ron's career started in 1978 with Pfizer Medical Systems. In the four years with Pfizer, he gained extensive knowledge in the latest CT products along with important customer service skills. Pfizer ended production of its CT Scanners in 1982. This event left a worldwide customer base without a reliable source for parts or support. This opportunity presented the perfect conditions for a new business. Medical High Technologies International was formed by Ron and two partners. Over the next 15 years, the company grew from an idea into a multi-million dollar producer of CT Scanners for the developing Radiation Oncology market.
Richard Scholz, Vice-President: Rich began his career in 1977 with Pfizer Medical Systems. During his tenure with Pfizer, he gained valuable experience in the development, manufacturing and installation of the highly advanced Pfizer CT Scanners. In 1985 he joined Medical High Technologies International, and ultimately was promoted to Manager of Quality Control. Rich was heavily involved in the development of the popular MHTI CT-Sim product line and was instrumental in bringing the MHTI products from prototype to production. This experience and a strong winning attitude prepared him for his role in the establishment of Group 5 Tech, Inc. in 1998.

| Combined Strength |
In 1998 the sale of CT Scanners in specialty markets was not well developed. The opportunity to provide high quality, pre-owned equipment to this market segment, along with extraordinary customer service was the motivation to form Group 5 Tech, Inc. The company was founded on sound principles and a conservative business model. After five years the company was growing and healthy but needed greater market penetration. Rick Stockton of Atlas Medical Technologies (Ontario, California) presented a strong market presence on the west coast, but had little access to the east coast. These men reasoned that combining the strengths of both companies would be beneficial to everyone. As a result, in 2003 Group 5 Tech became the east coast division of Atlas Medical Technologies. The company now benefits from accelerated growth while continuing to provide extraordinary service to its customers.
